AUC and carboplatin dosing

Carboplatin dose (mg) = AUC x (CrCl in ml/min + 25)
CrCl (male) = ([140-age] x weight in kg)/(serum creatinine x 72)
CrCl (female) = CrCl (male) x 0.85
